[Notice] Information on Refunds Following the End of Service of Defense Derby

Hello, Guardians.

As Defense Derby approaches its end of service on 06/13/2025 (Fri), we would like to inform you of how to apply for refunds and other related matters.

1. Refund Request Period

- 06/13/2025 (Fri) - 08/13/2025 (Wed)

※ Please keep in mind that refund requests made after the refund request period may not be processed.


2. Refund Eligibility

- Premium products that have not been used as of 06/13/2025 (Fri)


※ The following can be refunded

1) Remaining Gems that have been purchased with cash and have not been used as of 06/13/2025 (Fri)

2) Remaining Crystals that have been purchased with cash and have not been used as of 06/13/2025 (Fri)

3) Limited-time products and packages that have been purchased between 03/28/2025 (Fri) - 04/28/2025 (Mon)


※ Refunds are not available for

1) Free Gems obtained through events or gameplay

2) Free Crystals obtained through events or gameplay

3) Gems purchased with cash and used within the game without issues

3) Packages that have been purchased with cash and already used or claimed from your Inbox


3. How to Request a Refund

1) Please visit the following link to request a refund. Customer Support (https://support.defensederby.krafton.com/) → 'Submit a request' → 'End of services refund application'.

2) Once you submit the request using the form below, we will check whether you are eligible for a refund. Once we confirm your consent to proceed with the refund, we will inform you of the required documents and how to file them.

3) Information Required for Refund Application


※ Please ensure that your request is compliant with the following form to allow the prompt delivery of refund-related information.

(4) Order number and Store information of your recent purchase: 

(5) Store account information (Email address): 

(6) Store purchase receipt (via Attachments): 

* The required file attachments may vary depending on the Store that processed your payment. Please fill in the information according to the Customer Support request form.


※ Refunds will only be processed if you complete the submission of a refund request and submit documents within the period.

※ Refunds are available only for users who have agreed to the collection and use of their personal information.

※ We will process refunds for limited time products and packages purchased after 03/28/2025 (Fri).

※ Refunds will be provided for any paid Gems and Crystals held as of the service termination date on Friday, June 13, 2025. Gems and Crystals obtained for free through events, rewards, or other activities are not eligible for a refund.

※ Refunds will proceed in the order they are received after you request the refund, and please keep in mind that it may take some time.

※ As a general rule, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

※ However, if a refund cannot be fully or partially processed using the original payment method, it will be issued via bank transfer in cash.

※ By completing the refund request, the user is deemed to have agreed to the refund method proposed by the company (i.e., a cash refund via bank transfer). The company may contact the user or request additional information using the details provided in the refund application.

※ All required fields in the refund application must be completed accurately as instructed. The company is not responsible for any disadvantages or issues caused by incorrect or missing information.

※ Please note that refunds cannot be processed if the bank account information is incorrect.

※ For users outside of Korea, the refund application process and payment timeline may vary depending on the laws and regulations of the respective country. In principle, refunds will be issued in the original currency used for the transaction.

※ However, if a refund cannot be issued in the original payment currency, it will be processed in one of the major currencies such as USD, EUR, JPY, or CNY.

※ To request a refund, you may be asked to provide additional documents to verify your purchase. Please note that refunds may be declined in cases of abuse, fraud, or other unlawful activity.


The personal information collected for operating and providing the game service will be permanently destroyed in an unrecoverable and irreproducible manner after the closing of the service.
